On the grounds of San Damian you will find over 600 olive trees lovingly cared for under the eye of Roberto. This family run production is made entirely of Taggiasca olive trees, grown in the countryside, exposed to the sun and warm sea breeze of Liguria. With these olives we produce a small batch of cold pressed organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) served on-site at San Damian. We have also implemented in the olive growing and production of extra virgin olive oil the concept of CRU. This concept originated in France many centuries ago, and we apply it in its most precise meaning: an olive grove of a specific location with only Taggiasca olive trees.
